Centerstone is a community-based behavioral healthcare provider serving people who are homeless and who struggle with behavioral health issues. Both transitional and permanent housing may be available with varying levels of accompanying supportive services. 812-339-1691
Futures Family Health Clinic provides family planning health services to adolescents, men, & women. Affordable services are available on a sliding fee scale, which is based on income. Futures does not provide any pregnancy test or pregnancy health care support. 812-349-7343

Indiana Legal Services provides low income, elderly, and other qualified individuals with urgently needed free civil legal assistance, representation and legal education to low income households and to seniors in the community.812-339-7668

Milk Matters is a free breastfeeding support group where you can get information about and help with infant feeding and pumping.
Monroe County United Ministries (MCUM) provides full-time, year-round affordable childcare for children ages 2-6. Parents must be Monroe County residents and be working full-time or working part-time while also attending school. 812-339-3429
Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard (the Hub) provides healthy, whole food to many families through their emergency food assistance program. They also provide opportunities to build food self-reliance through nutrition education and a community garden. 812-355-6843
Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky offers access to reproductive health services including abortion services, birth control, HIV testing, men’s health care, LGBT services, emergency contraception, pregnancy/STD testing and more. Financial assistance is available. 812-336-0219
Positive Link A program of Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital Community Health, Positive Link is the preeminent provider of comprehensive prevention and holistic social services for those impacted by HIV in south central Indiana.812-353-9150
Shalom Community Center is an all-inclusive resource center in Monroe County for people who are living in poverty and experiencing its ultimate expressions: hunger, homelessness, and a lack of access to basic life necessities. 812-334-5734

Volunteers in Medicine Clinic (VIM) provides primary & preventative healthcare, treatment for acute and chronic conditions, and health education to the medically underserved in Monroe & Owen counties at no cost.VIM does not provide any pregnancy health care support. WIC provides nutritional support for eligible mothers & their babies in Monroe & Green Counties. Women who qualify are covered through pregnancy and 1 year postpartum (6 months if not breastfeeding). Children remain eligible until age 5.812-353-3221
